"Definitely Worth the Money"
I’m really glad I decided to get this. It feels like it was worth the money, and I’ve already mentioned it to a friend who was thinking about buying one too.

"Solid deliverability, once you get it set up"
I've been using lemlist for a few months now, and the biggest reason I’ve stuck with it is the deliverability. My emails are landing in inboxes way more consistently than they did with the tool I was using before. The setup took a little time to dial in, not gonna lie, but once everything was in place, it pretty much just worked. I’ve seen fewer bounces, better replies, and so far no random spam problems… which is kind of exactly what I needed. Happy with it overall.

"Simple to Use, Fast Replies"
It was really easy to sort everything out, and they replied quickly too. I just regret not reaching out sooner because it would’ve saved me some time.

"Pretty useful, but the contact data could be cleaner"
I’ve been using lemlist to find leads and get outreach started quickly, and overall it does make that part easier. The filters are helpful too, so I can narrow things down without too much hassle. That said, some of the prospect info seems a bit outdated or not totally accurate, unless it’s just the lists I’m pulling? It’s good enough for what I need right now, but I’d definitely like to see cleaner, more reliable contact data.

"Good templates, but some feel a little too cookie-cutter"
I’ll give lemlist credit, the email templates do save me a decent amount of time and most of them look clean. That said, a few of them feel kind of generic, like you can immediately tell they came from a template library. It’s not the end of the world because they’re easy enough to tweak, but still, I wish they had a bit more personality out of the box. Overall though, it’s solid and definitely helps speed things up.

"Decent tool, but the lead data needs cleanup"
I’ve used lemlist for finding leads and it does the job, but the quality of the database has been a bit hit or miss for me. Some emails were accurate, while others bounced or seemed outdated, so I had to spend extra time double-checking everything before launching campaigns. Compared to a few other lead tools I’ve tried, lemlist feels solid overall, but the data isn’t quite as clean as I expected for the price. Not a bad option, just not something I’d trust without verifying the contacts first

"Pretty easy to get my first campaign going"
I got my first campaign set up without too much hassle. A couple of the settings weren’t exactly where I expected them to be, so I had to poke around for a bit. Support was helpful though, basically said, “You’re in the right place, just check under the campaign settings,” which pointed me in the right direction. Overall, it worked fine and wasn’t too hard to figure out.

"Email setup was straightforward"
I connected my email account to lemlist it was smooth. I just followed the steps like you’d expect, and it worked without any random errors or confusing setup. I also appreciated that it clearly showed what was connected, because obviously you don’t want to be guessing with something like email. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Not as smooth as I expected"
I really wanted to like the team sharing features, but sharing campaigns with teammates felt clunky and confusing at times. After running into the same friction a few times, I started to feel less confident that everything was being shared correctly or that everyone was on the same page.

"The tool itself was fine for what…"
The tool itself was fine for what I needed, and I was mostly focused on just getting my task done, so I didn’t pay close attention to the billing details at first. That ended up being the frustrating part. I wasn’t totally clear on what I was being charged for until after the fact. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but the whole thing still left me feeling a bit uneasy. I just wish the pricing and renewal info had been much clearer upfront.

"Easy to rely on every day"
As someone who depends on outreach tools to actually do what they’re supposed to do, lemlist has been solid for us. Campaigns send when they’re scheduled, the inbox data loads without much fuss, and I haven’t run into random downtime. It’s one of those tools I don’t have to overthink, which makes it easy to trust for daily work.

"Took a bit to get into it"
It took me a while to figure things out at first, and I kind of wondered if they made it feel a little confusing on purpose so you’d stick with it longer. But after I got past the beginning, it actually became much easier to use and didn’t feel like such a hassle.

I’ve been using it for my personal emails, it helps a lot. My messages don’t sound so copy-and-paste anymore, which is nice. It just makes them feel a bit more natural without me overthinking every word...

Umm, the onboarding took longer than I thought it would. The setup felt kind of confusing, and I found myself clicking around way too much just to figure things out. Support was okay when I reached out, but I still felt like I needed more help to really get going.

I’ve been using lemlist for email and LinkedIn sequences, and it’s made follow-ups a lot less manual for me. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s easy to set up and keep track of replies, if that makes sense

"HubSpot Sync Kept Breaking"
I really wanted this to work, but the HubSpot sync broke way too often for me. It got frustrating having to deal with it over and over when I just needed things to run smoothly. After a while, I lost patience with it

I really wanted to like this, but I kept running into too many glitches. Compared to similar products I’ve used, this one just feels less reliable and a bit frustrating. When it works, it’s fine, but the bugs happen often enough that it makes the overall experience disappointing.

"The UI is really clean and…"
The UI is really clean and nice to look at, so I expected it to be super easy to use right away. For the most part it is, but there were a few moments where I had to click around more than I thought I would to figure things out. Not bad overall, just a little more confusing than the design first makes it seem.
